Weight loss and healthy living cannot be short term. It is a lifestyle change and trust us it is not tough. Simple lifestyle changes can help you.

Here we have compiled a list of tips for you to dress in a way that will make you look thinner in an instant.
Most of these tips can be used immediately, you can implement the others when you go shopping the next time.
- Throw a Belt on It
Cinching your dresses with belts makes your waistline look smaller. But, make sure you choose skinny belts over thick belts. While thick belts make you look boxy, skinny belts can accentuate your waist making you appear leaner.
- Stick to one hue
When you wear different colours on the upper and the lower body, it divides your body into two blocks, making you look bulkier. So, stick to one hue for a slimmer silhouette. Do not overdo it though. If you are pairing red pants with a t-shirt and a jacket, throw on a red jacket, but the t-shirt could be a different colour.
- Wear well fitted clothes
