You get a recommended diet plan from a nutritionist, you’re excited and dive into it head first. You follow it well initially and then it starts to get monotonous and boring. Just the fact that you are always thinking about your weight, constantly checking to see how many ‘grams’ you lost, makes you obsessed with food. You are always thinking about food, you keep looking back at your diet chart to see what you’ll be eating at the next meal, even before you have finished your current meal.
